Sumit Seth
Sumit has been selling since he was 17 and
moved up to the ranks of being the Country Head Sales for a major automobile
brand before he moved into the arena of consulting and People Development. During this journey he has been a keen
learner and has gained insights by hand on experience and Consulting in
Business and People Management coupled with his formal education in Business
(MBA), Economics (Masters in Economics) and Psychology (Masters in Psychology
and Masters in Psychotherapy).
Sumit joined in Forum India as one of the
founding members and during his journey he has been a passionate developer of
people. He is currently engaged in transforming performance for organizations
by transforming their sales force and development of leadership (personal and
people) capabilities from the CEOs to the front line executives.
He is drawn by new research in areas of human
effectiveness and is a dreamer working at cracking the code of belief and habit
change, which he believes is the only path to sustained change.
He has been a music buff and a sports
enthusiast all his life and has pushed himself to run marathons and
successfully complete them. He is constantly battling the temptation of
gratifying his taste buds and has won half the battle by turning vegetarian.
