The right to identify yourself as a “Licensed Contacts Count Networking Coach” in all your marketing materials and on your website.
Terms of Agreement: 1.I will identify myself as a “Licensed Contacts Count Networking Coach.” 2.I will use the Contacts Count materials only with my clients one-on-one, or in small groups of my clients, or in pro bono presentations. I will not use the materials in fee-paid workshops, training programs, keynotes, webinars, etc. 3.I will pay my annual renewal Licensure fee within 10 working days of receipt of my annual renewal notice (sent via email). 4.I will receive a 10% referral fee for any training or speaking engagements I refer to Contacts Count. A referral is a personal introduction to someone who has expressed a need for speaking or training for their group. 5.I agree to pay Contacts Count a one-time fee of $500 for the initial set of print, audio, and downloadable materials, as described above, and a $150 annual Licensure fee. The first Licensure Fee is due now along with your $500 materials fee.The next Licensure Fee is due on or before the anniversary date of the signing of this Agreement.(Contacts Count will notify you via email 30 days before your annual Fee is due.) 6.If I do not pay my annual licensure fee on or before my anniversary date, Contacts Count has the right to terminate this agreement, and I agree to discontinue all use of the materials. 7. If I breach this agreement then Contacts Count does not have an adequate remedy at law and would be entitled to an injunction in addition to any financial damages. Any legal matters would be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and any proceedings consent to jurisdiction and venue in the Courts of Montgomery County, MD.
