André Alphonso

André has more than thirty years business and consulting experience specialising in training and organisational development gained predominantly in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region.

He has been with Forum Corporation – a leading management consulting company - for 16 years and in this time has performed many roles encompassing business, development, consulting, design and development of learning solutions, executive coaching, workshop delivery and various facilitation engagements.

In his time with Forum, he has helped organizations increase their sales, service, management and leadership capabilities. His clients include some of the major professional services, financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, energy, hospitality and information technology and telecommunications organisations.

Previous to joining Forum, Andre held several executive level positions in companies such as Unisys, Prime Computer, and Humes.

Since 1998 Andre has been in a number of leadership roles in Forum from General Manager for Forum Sydney to Managing Director of Forum where he was responsible for the Pacific Region.

Since November 2008 André has been responsible for establishing Forum’s business in the Indian sub-continent.

André is based in Gurgaon, India.
